1. Objective
To increase the number of relevant and experienced applicants in the RMS through a structured referral program, enabling contributions from both employees and external individuals, while ensuring proper validation, KYC compliance, and transparent incentive processing.
2. Eligibility to Participate as Referrers
2.1 Who Can Refer
- Sinclus Recruiters who receive CVs in their daily work.
- Referrer must not charge any fees from the applicant.
2.2 Referrer Registration Requirements
Referrers must create a dedicated Referrer Account in RMS with the following KYC:
- ✅ Personal Profile (CV)
- ✅ PAN Card
- ✅ Mobile No
- ✅ Bank Details – Required for Payouts
- ✅ Recent Photograph
- ✅ Name & Contact Information
- ✅ Email ID
- ✅ Password-based authentication
- ✅ Consent details of the applicant
All documents must be reviewed and approved by Sinclus before activation.
2.3 Age Requirement
Referrer must be 18 years or older.
3. Candidate Eligibility Criteria
All referred candidates must meet ALL the following:
- Minimum 5 years of total experience
- Minimum 3 years overseas experience (included within total experience)

Industry Experience Required – Must have worked in:
- Oil & Gas
- Refinery
- Petrochemical Plants
- Infrastructure
Functions: Construction, Commissioning, Maintenance, Operations
Disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Civil, Chemical / Process, Safety
Positions: Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Foreman, Technicians, Blue Collar Positions
4. Referral Submission Process
The Referrer will have to provide the following information:
- Candidate Name
- Contact Number
- Passport No
- Email ID
- Skill / Category
- Upload CV / Biodata
- Consent of applicant
- Optional remarks
Unique ID generated by RMS. Indexed to Passport No / Mobile No.
If the candidate’s Unique ID already exists in RMS → Duplicate referrals are not allowed and will not be eligible for payment.
5. Review & Validation by RMS Approver
The RMS Approver will review each CV as per eligibility criteria, verify relevance, experience, and consent.

CVs once submitted become the property of Sinclus.
6. Successful Placement Criteria
A candidate is considered a Successful Placement when:
- Selected by a Sinclus client and mobilised
- Joins the project / assignment
7. Referral Fee Structure
Successful CV Payment
Per approved CV • Paid monthly
Successful Placement Bonus
Per successful placement • Paid quarterly
Payments continue whenever the referred candidate is placed.
Restrictions - No payment for:
- Duplicate CVs
- Rejected CVs
- CVs not meeting eligibility
- Forged documents
- Cases where candidate denies consent
8. Sinclus Approver’s Functions
- Registration confirmation
- CV submission confirmation
- Review of referrals
- Acceptance / Rejection notifications
- Successful CV & Placement notifications
- Incentive & Bonus paid notifications
9. Administrative Controls & Reporting
RMS Administrators / Accounts can:
- View & filter referrals
- Track incentives & bonuses
- Approve payment batches
- Export reports
- Maintain audit logs
10. Legal & Responsibility Clause
The referrer is solely responsible for obtaining the candidate’s consent before submitting the CV.
Sinclus will not be liable for any consent-related disputes.
All management decisions are final and binding.
